Inside the Smokehouse
The Bud’s Pitmaster BBQ smokehouse is one of a kind. Custom-built, and located in the heart of downtown Houston, the 3,000 pound pits were designed by the grand pitmaster himself, Myron Mixon. Mixon’s water pan technology allows us to slow smoke our meat for hours to get perfect flavor while maintaining moisture. Combined with Bud’s house-made rubs, sauces, and unique woodsmoke blend, this smokehouse produces the best barbecue in town.
